The use of the software you specifically requested ("B&R software with limited maintenance") is subject to the terms of the current B&R license agreement/EULA (End User License Agreement) as well as the terms and conditions for the use of B&R software with limited maintenance set out below.
EXPRESS REFERENCE IS MADE TO THE EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY FOR B&R SOFTWARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE AS SET OUT IN SECTIONS 7. AND 8. OF THE B&R LICENSE AGREEMENT AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
By accepting these conditions, in particular by pressing/clicking the "Accept" button, and in any case upon installation and/or use of B&R software with limited maintenance the user expressly acknowledges the specifications and information of B&R software with limited maintenance set out in the Cyber Security Advisories and Notices. Furthermore, the user acknowledges that B&R software with limited maintenance may no longer be updated or further developed, maintained or patched in any other way and in particular that security-relevant vulnerabilities will not be rectified.
