The "Material Return Portal" serves as a user interface to process the entire material return. Complaints are also processed quickly and easily there. The affected product can be sent directly to the selected B&R location or the "B&R Repair Center AT-Eggelsberg". You can simply use an order from the portal as a delivery note, which you can print out and enclose with the delivery.
